We offer the most transparent pricing structure on the market, no more wondering and uncertainty about storage, prep, and upcharges. Our FBA prep service fee is 25% of what the ASIN FBA fee is per sellable unit, all-inclusive, no matter what the bundle quantity is and no matter what material is needed to properly prepare the products for Amazon fulfillment centers, with a $1 minimum fee per unit. Storage in our facility is free for the first 30 days, and $5/day per pallet thereafter. Each outbound pallet will incur an additional $10 fee for shrink wrap, and glass has an additional 5% surcharge. We also charge a recurring monthly service fee of $29.99 per client. Inbound and outbound shipping from our facility, whether it is freight or small parcel logistics, is arranged and billed directly to you through a third party.

We don’t want to be like every other 3PL company that over promises and under delivers. We pride ourselves on accuracy and superb quality control, because we know your metrics and your business depends on it. Our goal is to process your order as quickly and as correctly as possible, but obviously depends on the unique complexity of every item we come across. To date, 30% of our inbound product is processed in under 72 hours, and 90% is processed within 5 business days.

Many of our clients specialize in goods that require special care or precautions. Our facility is uniquely equipped to care for Hazmat/ Dangerous goods, Oversize items, and any other special care products including perishables. We also have limited refrigerated and frozen care storage available on a first come-first serve basis.

Our 6,000 square foot warehouse is strategically situated on the border of Nassau and Suffolk counties in Long Island, New York. We are less the 1/10th of a mile from the Long Island Expressway, and 100% accessible by any freight truck including 53’ trailers. The exact address of our location is kept private for security reasons but will be disclosed before your first shipment to us.

Believe me when I say clear and concise communication is more important to us than it is to you! You will have a dedicated account manager that is available via email. We reply to and address 90% of our clients emails within 12 hours, and 100% within 24 hours. During normal business hours (9am -5pm EST) our goal is to reply within 2 hours.
We do enjoy getting paid promptly and we depend on it. We will secure a $500 USD retainer for our services before delivery of goods takes place, and your invoice balance needs to be paid in full before we will release any processed inventory to a logistics company. Payments must be paid via ACH transfer, wire, or Zelle. All of our payment information is located on our invoices.
